Wedding Packages
Having been organising outstanding weddings for over 20 years, we go above and beyond to make your dreams a reality every time. Our flexible wedding packages in Essex allow you to tailor our standard packages to your requirements, organising weddings from 4 to 200 guests dependant on your preferences; we do not have a “minimum numbers” policy for any of our types of wedding.
As a basis, we offer five types of wedding at our wedding venues in Essex and these packages can be customised as you please. We will work with you at every step of the way to ensure you can make your dream a reality.
Traditional Weddings
Being by far the most popular, traditional types of wedding are available all year, 7 days a week. Our base package consists of a full day including two meals and a reception lasting until midnight. The ceremony generally begins at around 2.30pm and is followed by reception drinks and a three-course wedding breakfast, complete with wine and prosecco. During your evening party, a buffet, hog roast or barbecue will be prepared for you and additional guests are often invited along at this stage.
Twilight Weddings (Evening Only)
Twilight wedding packages tend to begin with an evening ceremony which is held at around 6pm. Following this, a three-course meal, buffet, hog roast or barbeque is organised alongside a night of partying. These types of wedding are available all year, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Cosy & Intimate Weddings (Daytime Only)
Catering for up to 150 guests, small weddings create an intimate atmosphere and are carried out throughout the daytime, offering a very exclusive feel. Our intimate wedding packages in Essex consist of the ceremony which takes place around midday and is followed by reception drinks. Next, guests are seated for an up-market three-course meal complete with prosecco, and drinks from the bar afterwards before finishing at approximately 6pm.
Afternoon Cream Tea (Daytime Only)
Similarly to our “Cosy & Intimate” types of wedding, this package includes a traditional afternoon cream tea for guests to enjoy as an alternative to a three-course wedding breakfast. The pricing remains the same, allowing you to choose the perfect dining experience for you and your guests.
Venue Only Wedding Packages in Essex
For some couples, locating their own catering and entertainment providers is preferable. If the types of wedding above do not suit your needs, we offer venue only hire so you can plan your own day whilst still enjoy the stunning surroundings of Newland Hall. You are more than welcome to use the tables and chairs in our facility, comfortably seating up to 150 guests or 200 for buffet style catering as well as plenty of space on the dancefloor.
If on the other hand you are interested in one of our wedding packages in Essex but would prefer to hold you ceremony elsewhere, in a church for example, the price remains unaffected. Our packages guarantee 100% exclusive use, allowing you to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor ceremonies free of charge, surrounded by tons of history and beautiful grounds.
